This is when your practitioner will go over your health history, perform a thorough examination and provide you with a detailed diagnosis and report of findings.

These initial appointments have been designed to find out exactly what is going on, to help us give you the best care possible, whilst providing you with the understanding to help yourself through your care successfully.

If you are suitable for care, we like to get started with treatment at this first appointment.

The length of your New Patient Consultation may vary depending on individual needs, we recommend that you allow up to 60 minutes

If Carlsberg did Chiropractors… For the sceptics outs there, like I was, hear me out. Being an active and rather accident prone individual, I’ve certainly racked up the injury count. Nearing my 40s it was getting increasingly more apparent that my body wasn’t healing as fast as it used to and the aches and pains started to get in the way. Tinnitus, insomnia, a headache that had lasted months, neck and shoulder pain and a hip that just didn’t work. Months of back and forth with the NHS, getting no-where. I was scanned, poked and prodded and eventually told that there was no obvious cause. 12 weeks on from my first visit with Jack and the headache is a thing of the past (that pesky C2), I sleep like a baby, all be it that snores, the ringing in my ears has reduced significantly, neck and shoulder pain, well that’s gone. The hip is still ongoing but thanks to the support and guidance from Jack, I’ve been able to push for NHS treatment. The combination of Physio and Chiropractic treatment works wonders. There’s non of the overly complicated positions with snaps and pops all over the place, as some on social media would have you believe. Treatment is informed, appropriate and most importantly effective. Yeah, it’s not cheap but you really can’t put a price on your health.
